Richard L. Buck
Founder and President, Dick Buck has over thirty years of marketing,
advertising, research and product development experience. As Manager of New
Ventures for Frito-Lay, he facilitated corporate growth through the
identification of new business, new products and acquisition opportunities.
Later, he headed an advertising and marketing research firm that provided
services for companies such as Libby, Dow Chemical, Best Foods, Castle & Cooke,
Johnson & Johnson, Hanes and Monsanto.
As Vice President, Management Supervisor for Tracy-Locke Advertising, he
directed a highly successful re-positioning campaign for Phillips Petroleum,
building brand equity and doubling interest. While there, he also developed the
advertising strategy that helped establish Texas Instruments as the market
leader in hand-held calculators.
With Needham, Harper & Steers Advertising in New York, Dick served as Vice
President and Senior Account Director. Among his accomplishments was a program
that reversed a serious sales decline for Frigidaire products. In addition, the
promotional programs he developed added many millions of dollars to ARCO's
bottom line.
While with Beech-Nut, he directed a marketing segmentation program targeting new
mothers and expectant mothers. The promotion research he conducted led to a
one-third increase in product trial with a $250,000 reduction in expenditures.
Dick is a graduate of the University of Michigan and was a pilot in the U.S. Air
Force. He was a member of the Sales Executive's Club of New York and was voted
Man of the Year by the Dallas Ad League. He is a past President of the
Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the American Marketing Association and has served
as an Adjunct Professor in The Graduate School of Management at the University
of Dallas, teaching marketing, advertising, new products and international
advertising.

Larry A. Hamilton
Larry Hamilton has over 25 years of experience in banking, finance and corporate
management. As a consultant with Hayes/Hill, an international management
consulting firm, Larry focused on industrial marketing, strategic planning,
financial planning, merger and acquisition analysis and divestiture studies. His
clients included U.S. Industries, Southwestern Bell, HMW Industries, East Texas
State University and Citgo Oil.
While at Control Data, he served as a capital/financial specialist, negotiating,
structuring and selling commercial lines of credit for Security Pacific. In
addition, he marketed collateral control services to such major banks as Texas
Commerce and the Bank of New England.
As General Manager for American Multi-Cinema (AMC) of Texas, he tightened cost
controls and increased sales over 400% in just four years. He was responsible
for all advertising, accounting, engineering, and line management. While at
National Child Care Centers, he expanded the organization from five units to
twelve while simultaneously upgrading operations and profitability.
Larry holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from the University of Kansas and an
M.S. in Management from Wichita State University. He has served as an Adjunct
Professor in The Graduate School of Management at the University of Dallas,
teaching Advanced Marketing Strategy.

Janet B. Hass
With Business Insights for 12 years, Janet has an extensive background in
retailing, She brings seven years of previous marketing expertise to Business
Insights.
At A Pea In The Pod, an upscale maternity apparel chain, Janet's contributions
facilitated the company's growth from four to twenty-five stores in only three
years. Her responsibilities included product development, primary and secondary
market research, vendor relations, and inventory and merchandising analysis.
Previously, Janet worked for Dallas retailer Sanger-Harris, where she was
involved in buying, market research, advertising planning and analysis, and
corporate communications.
Janet holds a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Wisconsin.

Margaret Mooney
With over 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Margaret's
strengths fall across all communications disciplines including research, media,
account management and strategic creative development.
She started her career at Procter & Gamble in the market research department.
Then she moved to account management at Leo Burnett in Chicago in media and
account service on Proctor & Gamble Secret Deodorant and Nestle Quik. Margaret
joined Ogilvy & Mather in Chicago as a Vice President Account Manager. Her
account assignments included Sears, The Chicago Tribune, Waste Management and
Safer Natural Pesticides. She was instrumental in the controversial launch of
the City of Chicago Blue Bag Recycling Program.
Prior to joining Business Insights, as Vice President Group Management Director,
Margaret was part of a three-person team brought in to start the Dallas office
of Ogilvy & Mather to service the GTE advertising account. Other
telecommunications experience includes Sprint and Motorola.
Rounding out Margaret's experience was a three-year stint as Director of the
in-house advertising agency for the Midwest Dr Pepper/Seven Up Bottling Group.
There she successfully launched an Icelandic import bottled water Thorspring.
Margaret has a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and has done graduate
work at UT Austin and MIT.
She has been an active Board Member and volunteer for Equest Therapeutic
Horseback Riding for the Disabled and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty
to Animals.

Jane P. Stuart
Janey Stuart has served as Director of Research since this Company's founding in
1986. Her comprehensive experience in research methodologies includes focus
groups, mail and telephone surveys, intercept interviews, retail audits and
web-based techniques. This experience spans several hundred clients.
Prior to joining Business Insights, she was Research Director for the West
Agency in Dallas, Texas. While there, she managed all primary market reseach firm
activities for clients ranging from consumer package goods, hotels, and
restaurants, to health care, banking and beauty products.
Janey holds a B.A. in Education from Southern Methodist University.
